New World ERP PDF Conversion Settings

PDF Conversion in New World ERP has some configurable settings, namely a timeout setting and the ability to show the original HTML file in myReports even after a PDF has converted. Please note that the latter causes duplication of reports in File Storage.

You can review the restart time for the service in the New World ERP Management Console on the Application Server: https://HOSTHEADERMAPPING/ManagementConsole#/Base.

Click the icon on the New World ERP card. Click the Configuration Settings card. Expand the PDF Conversion section.

Click theicon on the PDF Conversion Service card for the ability to update the Print Timeout in Seconds option or toggle the Show Original HTM in myReports setting. The Show Original HTM in myReports setting will preserve the HTM in File Storage that the PDF was generated from. Please be aware that this setting increases storage requirements as two versions of the same report will be stored. If either setting is changed, the {Tenant Name} – {Environment Name} – New World ERP PDF Conversion Service will need to be restarted on the Application Server.
